milk + honey was created to provide an exceptional spa experience for men and women. We achieve this by:

- Providing treatments using natural and organic ingredients to assist in natural healing processes.
- Engaging all of your senses where you interact with music and art in addition to the touch of your treatment.
- Allowing you to interact with a staff that is passionate about your relaxation and healing.
Founder
milk + honey is the brainchild of Alissa Bayer, who moved to Austin to attend graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin. Not surprisingly, Alissa fell in love with Austin, and its wonderful culture and people, so she decided to stay. However, one thing Alissa didn’t find in Austin were the wonderful urban day spas that she frequented while living in New York, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco.
After much soul-searching (and many massages), it became clear that Alissa wanted to combine her many years of professional experience, her creative, playful nature, and her desire to do something that makes others feel great. milk + honey is the result.
