Lower redemption threshold:
After August 25, 2023 you’ll be able to redeem your points for a $10 credit with just 20,000 points, down from 50,000 points.

FAQs

Do I Still Earn Points on Services?

No, you will not accrue points on services effective July 25th 2023. If you regularly come in for services, ask our reservations team or a concierge about our new milk money membership program! Nearly every customer who regularly used VIP points will have a greater benefit from joining our milk money membership program.

How do I Earn Points When I Refer a Friend?

If you refer a friend who has never been to milk + honey before, you will receive 20,000 points when they check out at any milk + honey location. They will need to simply mention your name to the concierge.

How do I check my points balance?

Your total point balance will be located on your receipt that will either be printed or emailed to you during your last purchase. You can also log into your milk + honey account to check your balance.

Do my old points rollover?

Yes, your previous VIP points will roll over into the partisan points program. Effective August 25th, 2023 the rate at which you can redeem points will change.

Can I use Partisan Points toward Gift Certificates?

No, you cannot use points towards gift certificates. If you are looking for ways to save on gift card purchases please ask one of our reservationists or concierge about our Ultimate Membership.

How do I use my points?

You may redeem your points on any service or product purchase. Products may be purchased with points in locations only.
