Corporate Gifting FAQs
Are there any added fees associated with the event?
Both private spa retreats and on-site spa services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and an added 20% gratuity. Mobile spa-services will also include a $25 travel fee and $1 per mile outside a 5 mile radius. For any event booked within 6 weeks, there will be a rush fee applied.
Can I split the final payment between multiple cards for group reservations?
No, the final payment must be made with the same card used for the 50% deposit. This policy ensures a seamless transaction for both you and our front desk team.
What is offered or permitted during the private spa retreat event?
You are welcome to bring appropriate signage, such as pamphlets and displays, to be placed in our lobby or lounge areas. Guests may also bring their own catering; we can provide tables as needed. Catering suggestions are available upon request. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any event. milk + honey offers complimentary hot tea, dried fruit, nuts, and spa water.
How far in advance should I schedule my event?
For both on-site and private spa retreat events, we recommend scheduling at least 6 weeks in advance, especially during the holiday season, to ensure the best options for your group. Requests made within 6 weeks of the event date will incur a rush fee.
Can my employees schedule their own appointments?
Typically, we work with a single centralized contact to coordinate scheduling and event planning. All employees should connect with their event contact before making any changes to their appointments.
What if one of my employees loses their physical gift certificate?
To avoid issues, we recommend providing the names of each employee at the time of ordering so we can link each gift certificate to a name. Without this information, we may not be able to retrieve lost gift certificates. Our team will request a list of recipients after you place your order.
