The milk + honey Rewards Membership Program rewards you for investing in your self-care. You make monthly deposits into your Wellness Bank and get up to 15% off on every service or product purchase.

milk + honey Premium Rewards Membership is about taking care of yourself and feeling your best which is why we’ve partnered with Form, a video library of workout, meditation, and affirmations classes for a holistic well-being experience that you can watch anywhere.

Offer valid for existing and new Premium Rewards Members. A code to unlock your Form membership will be emailed to you after enrolling in a Signature, Lux, or Ultimate Premium Rewards Membership. Please note after your free 3-month access to Form concludes, your credit card will be charged a $28/month membership fee for continued access to the Form platform unless you cancel your membership before your first billing date. Offer expires August 31, 2024.

When you become a Premium member, your monthly deposits accumulate in your Wellness Bank to be used towards future services or products purchased at any milk + honey location. The funds will continue to accumulate and will never expire. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will be credited the remaining balance.

By signing up for milk + honey Rewards, you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on milk + honey products and spa, salon or medSPA services. Because you are essentially “pre-paying” for these services, you’ll get points equal to the amount of your monthly payment at the time you pay your monthly deposit. You will then earn additional points for any purchase made outside your monthly deposit.

Points expire 6 months after accruing. You will get a monthly email letting you know about your point balance and any upcoming expirations.

You may cancel your Premium membership at any time after three months (three payments.) If you cancel and have remaining funds in your wellness bank, they will remain on your account for use after cancellation.

Give $25, get $25. When you refer a new guest to milk + honey, you get 500 points ($25) and they get $25 off their first service.

To refer a new guest:

1. Go to your profile and select the “Refer a Friend” tab to locate your unique referral link.
2. When your friend books an appointment with that link, completes their appointment, and checks out, you will receive 500 points.

Yes! During the first 3 months you may change to a higher priced plan, but may not change to a lower priced plan until after the initial 3 months. If you have surpassed 3 months and would like to change plans, please reach out to our reservations team to assist you.

You may cancel your Premium membership at any time after three months (three payments.) If you cancel and have remaining funds in your wellness bank, they will remain on your account for use after cancellation.

Your credit card will only be charged if you are a Premium member. We will charge the day you sign up and if you have a preferred day to run the charge to your account, we can set it to any recurring day of the month

The monthly guest pass is a Premium member perk and allows you to share your membership discount with a friend as long as you are present. The guest, however, may not use the membership funds in your wellness bank.

If you are an Ultimate member, you are eligible to receive (1) members-only gift per month. These gifts rotate each month and you must go to a milk + honey location during that month to receive your monthly gift; we will not ship them. If you miss a month, unfortunately we will not be able to honor previous months. You can only receive the ‘active’ gift each month.

If you are an Ultimate member, you can add up to 2 additional “add-on” members to your account. Those add-on members will be able to utilize your membership discount and your membership funds on their milk + honey in-location purchases (without you having to be there).

You will have access to the membership discount, wellness bank, dedicated concierge line, guest pass, birthday discount, and early access to sales. Only the primary account holder of the family plan will receive the anniversary gift and the monthly gifts.

Yes! Points can be redeemed to discount your purchase in addition to using your Premium membership discount.

Your Premium membership discount cannot be combined with any other discount, with the exception of your birthday discount and the anniversary gift. If there is a promotion that has a higher discount, you can decide which discount to use.

Premium members have an initial, minimum term of 3 months. If you do not cancel your membership, your membership will continue to automatically renew each month for one month of membership at a time. If you choose to cancel your membership after 3 months, you may contact our reservations team to assist you. Any unused funds in your wellness bank will remain on your account for use after cancellation.

Premium members have an initial, minimum term, of 3 months. During that 3 months, you are eligible to upgrade your membership, but only after your initial 3 months are you eligible to downgrade. If you would like to update your membership, please contact our reservations team.
