Once your school is enrolled, we will provide a custom code to share with your community. When anyone uses that code while purchasing a gift card, your school receives 10% of the total. A feel-good gift, in every way.

What are the exact steps once I apply for my school to be part of the program?
Once your school submits our online form, someone from our team will be in contact to get your school officially registered. We will need a few additional pieces of information to ensure we can get you added to the system and so that a check can be sent to your school at the end of the fundraising period.
When do my purchased gift certificates expire?
All milk + honey gift certificates do not expire and can be used at any of our locations.
What if I purchased a physical gift certificate to be shipped?
milk + honey offers handwritten spa gift certificates sent via First-Class Mail through USPS, with shipping based out of TX. You will receive an emailed confirmation when the order is placed and again when your order has been processed. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dropped off at a USPS location, you can expect your order within 7-10 business days. Please note: All gift certificate orders offer free shipping and are unable to include tracking.
If a guest is purchasing a gift certificate through our reservations team, the guest is not eligible for a physical gift certificate.
I want to purchase a gift certificate for the Gift Well, Give Back program but I’m giving this certificate to someone else. Can I still write a personal message in the message section?
Yes! You can still submit a personal message that will show up if you’re gifting this to someone. Simply end the message with your school’s code so your school still gets credit.
How do I know my Gift Well, Give Back gift card purchase is going to the correct school?
Each school will be allocated a unique code that will ensure the gift card purchase gets allocated to that school. In order for your school to get credit for the purchase, you will need to make sure this is entered in the “message” section of the online purchase process.
Where can I purchase a gift card to support the Gift Well, Give Back program?
We recommend you purchase the gift certificate directly online here. Be sure to enter your school’s code in the “message” section (insert exact text) so your school gets credit for your purchase.
When is the enrollment period for schools looking to enroll in the Gift Well, Give Back program?
The fundraising period kicks off August 4th and runs through the end of September. However, schools can enroll at any time during the fundraising period.
I don’t see my school on the Gift Well, Give Back school list. How can they get involved?
