FAQs
What are neuromodulators?
Neuromodulators such as Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin® are FDA-approved injectable treatments that temporarily relax facial muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They also work proactively by reducing muscle movement, which helps prevent new fine lines and wrinkles from forming.
When can I expect to see results from Neuromodulators?
Results typically begin to appear within 3–7 days, with full results visible at the 2-week mark.
Is there any downtime with these treatments?
- Neuromodulators: You may experience mild redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection site, but these typically resolve within a few hours. Most patients return to their normal activities the same day or within 24 hours.
- Skinvive: With any injectable treatment, mild swelling or pinpoint bruising may occur but typically resolves within 1–2 weeks.
- HydraFacial: No downtime – just hydrated, glowing skin!
Can I purchase the Targeted Tox Fall medSPA Package if I am an existing patient at milk + honey spa?
No, Targeted Tox is exclusively for new medSPA patients. However, our existing patients can take advantage of The Beauty Bank, which offers either Dysport or Xeomin at a discounted rate.
Can I purchase the Targeted Tox medSPA offer more than once?
No, this offer is one time use and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts (including membership discount).
I’m a new patient at milk + honey spa. How can I book the Targeted Tox Fall medSPA offer online?
New patients can book directly online > “Consultation + Neurotoxin Service”. A consultation is required before treatment to determine eligibility for the service; can book consult only or consult + service at the same time.
I’m an existing milk + honey medspa patient. I’d like to book ‘The Beauty Bank’ fall package. How do I book?
- Non-members can book directly online via the Fall Packages tab in the webstore
- Members can checkout online, however if you’d like to use your wellness bank, you need to talk to the Front Desk Concierge at checkout.
When does my medSPA package expire?
All treatments purchased in a medSPA package must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
I’m a new patient at milk + honey, can I purchase “The Skin Series” package?
Yes! The Skin Series package is our seasonal 3-series laser package. It is available to all patients and all treatments must be used within 6 months of purchase. These packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions or membership discounts. *Ultimate members will receive an additional 5% off the package price.
I’m a new patient at milk + honey, can I purchase a medSPA package?
Yes! We do require that all medSPA patients receive a free consultation before any medSPA treatments so please be sure to book a free consultation + service at checkout.
What is SkinCeuticals P-TIOX?
SkinCeuticals P-TIOX is a powerful peptide powered-serum designed to complement the results of injectable treatments like neuromodulators. P-TIOX helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and dynamic wrinkles, improves skin firmness, and protects against environmental damage.
Do I need a consultation before booking either of these packages?
If you’re new to medSPA or haven’t previously discussed these treatments with one of our providers, we do recommend starting with a consultation. It’s the best way to assess your skin, talk through your goals, and make sure the package is the right fit for your needs.
